SPRING CYO Sports registration opens January 15!

Spring CYO Sports Registration OPENS January 15. Early registration ends January 18. Early registrations will save $10 off regular registration pricing. Regular registration runs from January
19th-February 15th. Late registration will be available until February 22nd, but will incur a $50 late fee per registration. All programs also need coaches, please remember to register yourself to coach when registering your athlete.

*Munchkin regular registration runs until March 1st and late registration until April 8th.

Baseball Boys Grades 3-5  –  $150
Coach Pitch Coed Grades 1-2  –  $150
Track & Field Boys & Girls Grades 1-8  – $100
Lacrosse Boys & Girls Grades 3-8  –  $150
Volleyball Boys & Girls Grades 1-8  –  $125
Munchkin Soccer Grade Kindergarten  – $50

Athletes will need to complete the following forms to participate in CYO Sports.

Please use the hyperlinks below to assist in completing these steps.

1. Preparticipation Form – Please have your medical professional complete and sign and upload your PPF into your Sports Pilot account. This is a new feature this season. If you have already sent in your physical during the fall or winter season, you don’t need to upload your PPF. If this is the first time you are participating in a sport this school year, you will need to upload your physician signed PPF.
2. Emergency Medical Authorization Form – Please return to your coach.
3. Watch Lindsey’s Law Video , you will complete and sign the Lindsey Law Form during athlete registration on Sports Pilot.

Interested in Coaching?

You will need to meet the following qualifications to coach a CYO team. Use the hyperlinks below to find out more information on each step required to become a credentialed CYO coach.

3. Background Check and Fingerprinting can be done by contacting Jan Giles at the parish office on Mondays 5pm-8pm – $40
