WINTER CYO Sports registration is now OPEN

Grade School and High School Basketball (3rd-12th)
A mid-October deadline allows for coaches to begin practices as soon as CYO allows, providing more development for players and teams. Open gyms and practices may begin the week of October 20. Player assessments for middle school teams (6th-8th) will take place during the week of 10/27. Stay tuned for information on specific days and times. Practice days and times are determined by coaches in mid to late October. Games will begin the weekend of 12/6. If a roster is full at the end of Regular Registration, Late Registration will be closed for those age groups.

Munchkin Basketball (K-2nd)
Athletes are taught basic basketball skills through playful and small sided games. It is a great introduction to basketball and other St. Hilary families! This program is run by parent volunteers, so please register yourself to coach when registering your child. Munchkin Basketball will take place in Horning Hall on Sundays from November 2nd-November 30th.

Cheer (1st-8th)
If your athlete participated in Fall Cheer, they can register for Winter Cheer at a discounted price. If they did not participate in Fall Cheer, please contact Katie Towsley to obtain information about uniform ordering.

Athletes will need to complete the following forms to participate in CYO Sports.

Please use the hyperlinks below to assist in completing these steps.

1. Preparticipation Form – Please have your medical professional complete and sign and upload your PPF into your Sports Pilot account. This is a new feature this season. If you have already sent in your physical during the fall or winter season, you don’t need to upload your PPF. If this is the first time you are participating in a sport this school year, you will need to upload your physician signed PPF.
2. Emergency Medical Authorization Form – Please return to your coach.
3. Watch Lindsey’s Law Video , you will complete and sign the Lindsey Law Form during athlete registration on Sports Pilot.

You will need to meet the following qualifications to coach a CYO team. Use the hyperlinks below to find out more information on each step required to become a credentialed CYO coach.

3. Background Check and Fingerprinting can be done by contacting Jan Giles at the parish office on Mondays 5pm-8pm – $40
