GriefShare Grief Support Group starts February 20
Grief is a normal and natural reaction upon the death of a loved one. Many grieving people find they are only beginning the work of healing when friends or family have returned to their daily life routines. GriefShare is a safe, welcoming place where people understand what you are feeling. Over 13 weeks, you’ll find encouragement, comfort, and help as you learn what to expect in the days ahead and how to navigate your personal grief journey. The program features weekly videos with grief experts and real-life stories of people as well as follow-up discussions. Past participants have related how helpful the information and discussions were to them.
When: Tuesdays, 4:30-6:30pm / February 20-May 14 in the Spiritual Center Lower-Level Meeting Rooms
