Marketing Your Ministry

The request form and all information must be sent to our Communications Coordinator at least two weeks prior to the event. We cannot guarantee placement if sent outside of this time frame.

It is at the discretion of our Communications Coordinator to determine how and when your event will be publicized. Please understand that we do our best to communicate and publicize all events here at St. Hilary and in in our local community, however, due to space restrictions, we may not be able to meet your need.

We do our best to keep a clean and easy to read format for our bulletin by using consistent colors and steering away from using too many photos and clip art. If you have a specific request for pictures or colors, please note that in the form and we will do our best to accommodate.

Bulletin inserts are reserved for order forms or calendars that due to size and the need for parishioners to complete information, would be best suited as an insert instead of a typical bulletin message. Also, due to cost of paper and ink, most messages/events are best printed as a message within the pages of the bulletin itself. If there is a special need or event, we then consider if an insert is feasible or appropriate.

If you have an insert that you would like included within the bulletin, the document must be sent to our Communications Coordinator at least two weeks prior to the event to be reviewed and approved by our parish staff.
