FALL CYO Sports registration is now OPEN
CYO Fall Sports Registration is now OPEN. Practices can begin July 28. Competitions will begin August 23. Please note the registration dates for Tackle/Padded Flag Football are different from other CYO sports. This is due to ensuring necessary safety equipment is available to each player.
Tackle/Padded Flag Football Registration Dates (4th-8th Grade)
– Regular Registration 5/1 – 5/10 $225
– Late Registration 5/11-5/14 $275
All other Fall Sports
– Early Registration ($10 discount) ends May 4th
– Regular Registration runs from May 5th-June 8th
– Late Registration ($50 late fee) June 8th-June 15
Cheer Co-ed – Grades 1-8 $55 (plus purchase of a uniform kit)
Cross Country Boys and Girls – Grades 1-8 $100
Flag Football Co-ed – Grades 1-3 $125
Soccer Boys and Girls – Grades 1-8 $125 (plus purchase of a uniform kit) Volleyball Girls – Grades 1-8 $125

Athletes will need to complete the following forms to participate in CYO Sports. Please use the hyperlinks below to assist in completing these steps.
1. Preparticipation Form – Please have your medical professional complete and sign and upload your PPF into your Sports Pilot account. This is a new feature this season. If you have already sent in your physical during the fall or winter season, you don’t need to upload your PPF. If this is the first time you are participating in a sport this school year, you will need to upload your physician signed PPF.
2. Emergency Medical Authorization Form – Please return to your coach.
3. Watch Lindsey’s Law Video , you will complete and sign the Lindsey Law Form during athlete registration on Sports Pilot.

You will need to meet the following qualifications to coach a CYO team. Use the hyperlinks below to find out more information on each step required to become a credentialed CYO coach.

3. Background Check and Fingerprinting can be done by contacting Jan Giles at the parish office on Mondays 5pm-8pm – $40
