Katie McCarthy, Faith Formation Associate
Katie McCarthy brings to her role as Faith Formation Associate a variety of experience from elementary school teacher, PSR volunteer, former Stewardship Minister and mom of three. She holds a Bachelor of Arts in Early Childhood Education from The University of Akron and a Masters in Literacy from Kent State University. Katie has been an active member of St. Hilary since 2010 when she and her husband Stephen joined the parish.
Katie works with the Office of Faith Formation for Children as the Faith Formation Associate and is passionate about faith education for the entire family.
In addition, she is an active participant in the Creation Care Ministry, Fair Trade Ministry and enjoys volunteering with Vacation Bible School.
