Are you a Catholic who has been away?
Are you seeking answers about returning to the Church?
No matter how long you’ve been away, no matter what the reason, no matter what you have or have not done, please join us to get an update on the Catholic faith and to find a path “home”.
You will find the door open and a warm welcome!!
Catholics Returning Home is a program of informal conversations for those who are seeking answers to questions about returning to the Church after having been away. It is offered in a six-week series of small group discussions, or on a one-on-one basis.
Our next program is being offered Wednesdays from July 7 through August 11, from 7-8:30 PM in the Yahner Field Outdoor Pavilion. The schedule of topics planned, below, represents a typical program.
- July 7: Sharing Our Stories
- July 14: Sharing Stories of Faith
- July 21: Since Vatican II: The Catholic Church Today
- July 28: The Creed: What Catholics Really Believe
- August 4: All About the Mass
- August 11: Reconciliation: Why Bother?
Meanwhile, WE ARE HERE FOR YOU! Please contact the Parish Office at 330-867-1055 or email@example.com or click here to e-mail our ministry leader Michele Mills. All members of the team are Catholics who were estranged from the church for a time, and hope to make the journey home quicker and easier for others.
